These Terms and Conditions will apply to the use of the Service by You (the Customer). We are Surestream Digital Limited, trading as PetrolMap.co.uk. Surestream Digital Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under number 09325114 with a registered office at St Stephens House, Arthur Road, Windsor, Berkshire, England, SL4 1RU.

These are the terms on which we sell the Service to you. By subscribing to the Service on the Website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Interpretation

Supplier means We, PetrolMap.co.uk

Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Services;

Order means the Customer's order for the Service from the Supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website;

Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;

Services means the Services advertised on the Website

The Service

The full description of the Service is as set out on the Website. All Services which appear on the Website are subject to availability. We can make changes to the Service which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulatory guidelines. We may notify you of these changes if we feel it is necessary for your continued use of the Service.

Charges

The Service can be billed by Credit Card, Debit Card, Prepaid Card, PayPal, and Amazon where available.

Fees and Payment

Any charges for the Service will appear on your chosen payment provider's statement.

Fees and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.

You agree that we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Service by charging the credit or debit card used to subscribe to the Service.

Personal Information and Registration

When registering to use the Website you must use your email address to create your username. You remain responsible for all actions taken under that email address and undertake not to disclose your username and password to anyone else and keep them secret.

We may contact you by using this email address or other electronic communication methods if You have supplied this to us.

We retain and use all information strictly under the terms of our Privacy Policy (please refer to the separate document available from our Website).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As part of the Service you will receive emails to your email address - you may amend the schedule of these email messages via the Website. You can cancel the Service at any time via the Website by selecting “close my account” on the account settings page, contacting Customer Services by emailing us at support@petrolmap.co.uk. Our customer services team is available 24/7.

We want you to be happy with the Service that we provide. If, in the first 30 days You decide that the Service is not what you expected or as advertised, you may contact us for a full refund of any charges incurred.

If you believe you have been billed in error and wish to apply for a refund of the last payment made, you should contact our customer services team. You may only be entitled to a subscription fee refund if you have not used the service - please note that the charge for the trial period is non-refundable.

When a refund is made your subscription will be cancelled automatically and you will no longer have access to the service. If a chargeback has been raised on a subscription fee, you are no longer entitled to any refund.

Customer Complaints Procedure

If You wish to make a complaint regarding the Service please contact our 24/7 Customer Services team by emailing them at support@petrolmap.co.uk. You will need to provide the email address used to open the account and a Customer Service representative will then access your account and seek to resolve your query within 48 working hours.

If your complaint requires further investigation or escalation the complaint and associated case file will be forwarded to Customer Services Management who will seek resolution within 10 working days.

On termination of the Contract for any reason, any of our respective remaining rights and liabilities will not be affected.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Regulation

The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.

Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.
